Despatch policyAll plastic storage containers, bottles and accessory orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days if in stock. We will contact you by email if we have any out of stock items. If required you can contact us with specific delivery instructions and we will try our upmost to meet them. Customers will be informed of any delays and will be given the choice of a full refund or to wait until the goods come back into stock. Items will be delivered by Courier/Royal Mail depending on the size of order. If you are situated outside of UK Mainland please contact us direct for delivery details/costs. Please note any undelivered items returned to us will be charged again for redelivery. Please include a contact telephone for the courier in case of any delivery problems.
